Our workshop is located at Plot No. M.15 on 7th Cross in the Peenya 1st Stage Industrial Area. If you know Bangalore, you know Peenya is a massive place full of machines and grease. We fit right in. We spend our days building and fixing different types of industrial equipment. There’s always the smell of cutting oil in the air and the sound of someone using a drill or a saw. We aren't a big, polished company with a lobby and a receptionist. You just walk through the main gate and you’re right there in the middle of the work. The guys are usually busy at their stations, and the floor is marked with yellow lines that have mostly faded away. We have some heavy machinery for bending and cutting metal, and they take up most of the space. The 7th Cross can get pretty crowded with trucks, especially in the mornings, so getting things in and out is always a bit of a puzzle. We don't have a lot of fancy words for what we do. We just take the drawings and turn them into something solid that works. Sometimes the machines are old and need a lot of care to get running again. Other times we are starting from scratch. We’ve been in this spot for years and the routine hasn't changed much. We just show up, do the engineering work, and try to keep things moving. It's a busy life here in Peenya.
