You can find us at No.2470 in HAL 2nd Stage, right there in Indiranagar on 2nd Cross. Seven Seas Packers & Movers is basically a small operation run out of this office. It is usually full of rolls of bubble wrap and those brown tape dispensers that always seem to get lost under a pile of paper. 17th Main is nearby and it is always packed with cars and bikes. We spend our days figuring out how to fit a whole three-bedroom house into a single truck. It is like a big puzzle. Sometimes the elevators in these new apartments don't work, so we have to use the stairs. That is the part I hate the most. My knees are not what they used to be. We have moved a lot of people in and out of Indiranagar. It used to be much quieter here, but now it is all cafes and loud shops. We just stay in our corner and pack boxes. There is always someone looking for a missing carton or asking for more newspapers to wrap their plates. We try to be careful, but it is tough work and things get heavy. The sun gets really hot in the afternoon, so we drink a lot of water. It is just us doing our thing. No big corporate meetings, just figuring out which truck is available and who is going where next.
