Setuve Staffing Solutions

We are located over in J P Nagar Phase 6, right in the Pallavi Enclave Apartments. It’s at the corner of 17th Cross and 26th Main, specifically unit G01. Setuve Staffing Solutions is basically a small team working out of this ground floor space in Murthappa Garden. Bangalore is a big city, but this part of J P Nagar still feels like a neighborhood. We focus on finding staff for different businesses that reach out to us. It’s mostly about looking through piles of applications and making sure we understand what a job actually requires. We don’t use any high-tech gadgets or fancy systems, just a lot of talking to people and keeping things organized on our desks. Sometimes the traffic on 26th Main gets a bit loud, but inside the office, we just keep at it. It’s honest work, trying to match someone who needs a job with a place that has an opening. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we’ve learned that being direct is usually the best way to handle things. People come to us because they know we’re right here in the area and we aren't some distant corporation. We handle the paperwork, do the interviews, and see where people fit best. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do every day from our little corner here in the apartment complex. There is usually someone here from nine until six, just sorting through the day's tasks.
