Senior Human Resource Generalist

This is a bit of a smaller setup, located at Flat No 191 on the 1st Floor of Nagarjuna Apartments. We are in the HIG-D-3 block, 5th Phase of Yelahanka New Town. Because it’s a residential area, the surroundings are much quieter than the city center. Operating out of an apartment makes the place feel more like a home than some stiff corporate office. We handle HR work here, dealing with the paperwork and the people side of things for various businesses under the name Senior Human Resource Generalist. Usually, it’s just a few of us working together in a couple of rooms. There is a kitchen where we make our own coffee and sometimes share snacks, which helps keep the environment laid-back. We don’t really follow a strict dress code or anything. People come by for interviews or to sign forms, and we sit them down in the living area. Yelahanka has grown a lot, but this specific part remains fairly calm. This suits us because we can focus on the work without too many distractions. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them through the windows, making it feel very real. We just do the daily HR tasks that need doing, from payroll to sorting out disputes. It’s honest work and we enjoy the steady pace of things out here in this part of Bangalore. We try to be fair and helpful to everyone we meet.
