Seeking Suitable Assignment

We’re located at 82 Petticrew St. It’s one of those older streets in Bangalore that still has a bit of character left. Our place is pretty modest. We’ve been using this space to help people find work that actually fits them, which is why we call it Seeking Suitable Assignment. It’s a bit of a funny name, I know, but it says what it is. The office is just a couple of rooms with some old wooden desks we’ve had for years. There’s a ceiling fan that squeaks a little on the high setting, but you get used to it. We spend most of our time talking to people who walk in off the street or call us up looking for advice. It’s not a high-tech operation. We still use a lot of paper notebooks and pens. Petticrew Street can be a bit dusty, and the parking is a nightmare, but we like being here. It feels like we’re part of the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to make sure that the people who come to us don't feel like just another number. We listen, we look through our contacts, and we see what we can do. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and talking about the news. Other days, the phone won't stop ringing. That’s just how it goes for us.
