Our office for Security Solutions is located within the Ram Rahim Co-Operative Industrial Society. You can find us on Moosa Killedar Street, which is near Jacob Circle in Byculla West. Being in an industrial society means we are surrounded by workshops and other small businesses. There is always the sound of machinery or someone loading a truck nearby. Our space is filled with different types of hardware, from simple locks to more complex systems that we keep for parts. It’s not a showroom; it’s more like a workshop where we test things and get our kits ready for the day's jobs. The walls are lined with tools and various components we’ve gathered over the years. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, so the office is sometimes quiet with only one person staying behind to answer the phone. Jacob Circle is a busy landmark, so it’s easy to tell people where we are located. The building itself is an older one, with those heavy metal gates and concrete stairs. We don’t have fancy marketing materials or a polished reception area. We just focus on the equipment and making sure it works the way it’s supposed to. If you come by, you might find us drinking tea and going over the schedule for the next week. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment here in Byculla, and that’s how we like to keep it.
