Our office for Seco Tools India Pvt Ltd. is located on the first floor of Building No-72/2. We are right on Railway Parallel Road in Kumara Park (West). It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to the big industrial parks since we are more in a residential and commercial mix. You can hear the trains passing by occasionally because of the road we are on, but you get used to that sound pretty quickly. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The space isn't huge, but it fits the team we have here. We deal with tools and related equipment. It’s mostly office work, handling coordination and talking to clients on the phone. Being in Kumara Park is convenient because there are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so we have to be careful when moving boxes around. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, except for the traffic outside. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of talk about tools. People who work here have been around for a long time. We like the neighborhood and the way the light comes into the office in the afternoons. It is just a regular place where work gets finished.
