We are located in the Class D Employees Housing Society Layout, which is a bit of a trek off Magadi Road. It's a quieter spot in Lingadheeranahalli compared to the main city mess. The office isn't much to look at, just a few desks, some chairs for parents to sit on, and piles of brochures from different colleges. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at forms on the computer screen. It gets pretty busy around admissions season, with students coming in worried about where they’re going to study next year. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no big receptionist or fancy waiting room with a TV. Usually, it's just us sitting around a table explaining how the application process works or which documents are missing. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the trees around the layout, and we have to wait to send off an email. It feels more like a house than a business most days. We have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. People usually find us through word of mouth or if they live nearby in the society. It’s just a small operation helping out kids who are trying to figure out their future. We stay until the last person leaves, even if it's late in the evening, making sure all the paperwork is piled up correctly for the next day.
