Hero Mindmine

Our place is on Pipe Line Road, right in the Anjaneya Layout area of Ejjipura. It’s at 10/1. If you know Bangalore at all, you know how incredibly busy the Ejjipura main road gets at almost any hour of the day. Hero Mindmine is where we work from every single day. It’s a lot of training and development stuff going on inside these walls. The office is tucked away a little bit from the street, so it's not as noisy as you'd think, which is a huge relief for us. We have a few rooms set up for different groups to meet in. It’s a pretty standard setup, nothing that’s going to win any design awards. We just need the space to be functional and clean. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or sitting in various meetings. The staff here has been together for a while now, so we all know how the others take their tea or coffee. We don’t really go for the corporate vibe at all. It’s more of a place where we just get the work done without much fuss. Sometimes the water cooler breaks or we run out of pens, but we manage to sort it out eventually. Being in Bangalore, we’re used to the rain starting out of nowhere and everyone rushing to get their bikes under cover. We’ve been at this address for a long time and have seen the shops around us change owners constantly. We just keep doing our thing.
