Our office is tucked away in Koramangala at the 7th Main in Mico Layout, number 598. It’s a busy part of the city, but our street is usually a bit more relaxed than the main roads. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and several people talking on their headsets or typing away. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to folks who are looking for a change in their work lives. The walls are mostly bare, except for maybe a few notes pinned to a board. We don't have a big lobby with fancy sofas; it’s more about getting the job done. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down and we have to walk down the street to the little stall for a drink. That’s just part of the daily life here. People come in for interviews or meetings, and we try to make them feel comfortable without making a big deal out of it. We’ve been at 598 for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change as more small businesses move into the old houses around here. It’s a good spot to be in, even if the traffic during peak hours makes it hard to leave on time. We just keep our heads down, make our calls, and help people find their next step in the working world as best as we can. It’s just how we spend our Monday through Friday.
