Our office is tucked away at 53 2nd Main in Nanjappa Layout. If you know Adugodi, you know it can be a bit tricky to navigate sometimes. We’ve been here at this Bangalore address for a while now. Carrer Management Consultancy is just a small team of us trying to help people out. It’s not a flashy place with glass walls or anything. It’s more like a regular house that we turned into a workspace. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at papers. Sometimes it feels like we’re drowning in folders, but we manage. People come to us when they need a bit of direction with their jobs. We don’t promise anything magical, just a bit of practical help based on what we know. The coffee isn't great, but it’s hot. We’ve had a few people get lost trying to find the 2nd Main turnoff, but once they get here, it’s pretty straightforward. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media person. Most people find us by word of mouth or because they live nearby. It’s a simple setup. We open up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and head home when the work is finished. It’s a local business through and through, just trying to be useful in the neighborhood. We keep the files moving and the phones answered until the day is done.
