We operate out of No.8, Gurukrupa, which is tucked away on 6th Main right off Magadi Road in Bangalore 23. It’s a busy area, always noisy with traffic and people moving around. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a solid building where we spend our days. Scillz Management Solution started without much fanfare. We just needed a place to sit and handle the management side of things for our clients. The office can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. It’s a local operation through and through. Most of the folks working here have been around for years. We know the tea stall guy around the corner and the shopkeepers nearby. We don’t really do big presentations or corporate events. We just answer the phones and keep the paperwork moving. Magadi Road is always a bit of a mess with construction, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. Inside Gurukrupa, it's mostly quiet enough to think. We have a couple of meeting rooms that are usually full of folders and old files. We don’t try to be something we aren’t. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s business. If you’re looking for a polished corporate vibe, you won’t find it here. We just do the work and try to get home before the traffic gets impossible. It is a simple life for us.
