Scillz Management Consulting Pvt Ltd is based in Jayanagar, specifically in the Karisandra area. We are located at 235, on the 24th B Cross. Jayanagar is a nice, green part of Bangalore, though it’s getting more crowded every year. Our office is a quiet spot where we do our consulting work. It’s not a big corporate building with a glass front. It’s more of a converted house feel. We have a few rooms where we sit and talk through things. Most of our day is spent reading reports or talking to people about their businesses. We keep things very informal here. There’s no dress code, and we usually have the windows open to let in some air. The 24th B Cross is a relatively calm street compared to the main roads. We’ve been here for a while now and we like the neighborhood. It’s easy for us to get around from here. We aren't interested in being a giant firm. We just like doing our work and keeping our clients steady. There’s a small garden area out front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win. Inside, it’s just computers and books. It’s a simple, honest place to work. We don't use a lot of buzzwords. We just talk like regular people and try to solve the problems that come across our desks. It’s a good life in Jayanagar. We usually close up around six and head our separate ways. It is a nice way to spend the week.
