Schmear Consultants is situated at No 1, on the 18th Cross in Kanakanagar. It falls under the R T Nagar Post area. Our office is in a residential neighborhood, which makes it a lot quieter than the main commercial hubs. It’s basically a converted space that we’ve made our own. We have a few rooms where we set up our workstations. It feels more like a house than a corporate office, which we actually quite like. There’s a small gate at the front and some plants that we try to keep alive. The 18th Cross is a narrow street, so parking can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We mostly communicate through email and phone, so we don't have people dropping by all the time. When we do have meetings, they are usually pretty informal. We don't use any fancy business jargon here; we just talk like regular people. The neighborhood is friendly, and we know most of the people on our block. It’s a very relaxed place to work. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just us handling consultancy work for our clients. It’s a simple, honest setup that allows us to focus on the work without any unnecessary distractions or corporate pressure.
