Schindlers Inc.

Schindlers Inc. is located at No 48 on the 17th Cross in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. If you know this part of Bangalore, you know it’s a mix of houses and small businesses. We are on the 16th Main road and it’s a pretty busy corner most of the time. Our office is just a regular building where we spend our days working on various projects. It isn't a very large space, so we all sit pretty close to each other. This helps when we need to ask a quick question without getting up from our chairs. We don't have a lot of corporate fluff here. There are no mission statements hanging in shiny frames. We just have our desks, our chairs, and a small area to eat our lunch together. The work is mostly technical and requires us to stay focused for long stretches during the day. Sometimes it gets a little hot in the afternoons but we have fans to keep the air moving and it’s not too bad. We’ve been in this spot for a good while and the neighbors are all used to us being here by now. We don't get many walk-in customers since most of our work is done over the phone or computer. It’s a practical setup for a small team like ours. We just keep things simple and try to stay on top of the schedule. There’s always a list of things to do, so we just start at the top and work our way down every day until we finish.
