Our facility is located on Mysore Road, right around the 6th mile mark in Nayandhalli. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there’s always something happening nearby. We occupy the space at No. 3/2 and 4/2. It’s where all the work happens, though mostly it’s just a lot of labor and staying on top of the production line. We produce various food items and it requires a lot of attention to detail. The staff here is a mix of people from all over the city. We don’t have a lot of corporate polish. We’re more about getting the boxes filled and the trucks loaded. The road outside is always jammed with traffic, which can make deliveries a bit of a headache sometimes, but we’re used to the Mysore Road rush. Inside, it’s all about the schedule. We have times for mixing, times for packing, and times for cleaning up. It’s a repetitive job but someone has to do it. We don’t spend much time talking about visions or goals. We just want to make sure the food we send out is okay and that the orders are correct. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we know the machines like the back of our hands. It’s a steady place to work and we just keep our heads down and do our jobs. We try to be efficient without overcomplicating things.
