We are tucked away behind the North Side Hospital in Rabindranath Tagore Nagar. It is a bit of a hidden spot if you don't know the back roads. Being behind a hospital means it is usually pretty quiet, which is fine for us. We started this business because we had the space and wanted to do something useful. It is a simple building. We don't have any big flashy banners. Most of the people who come here are visiting family at the hospital or working nearby. We see a lot of the same faces every week. The building is older but it holds up well. We do the maintenance ourselves mostly. There is a small tree out front that gives some shade in the afternoons. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the lane for a few minutes but they move quickly. We don't really have a big staff. It is just us and a couple of helpers who come in to clean up. We keep a pot of tea going in the mornings. It is not a corporate chain or anything like that. It is just a local business trying to make a living. We appreciate the people who choose to stay with us or buy from us. It keeps the lights on. If you get lost looking for us, just ask anyone near the hospital gate, they usually know the way to the back road. We try to keep the place tidy but it is an old building so it has its own quirks.
