Satcom Systems

We are over at number 1 on the corner of Sardar Patrappa Road and Sankey Road, near Bhashyam Circle. It’s a busy spot, and the noise from the traffic never really stops. We deal with computers, networking cables, and sometimes CCTV setups. The shop is filled with boxes of routers and tangled wires. It’s not the most organized place to look at, but we know where the important stuff is kept. We help a lot of small offices nearby get their internet running or fix their slow laptops. Sometimes we have to go out to their sites, so the shop is just left with one person for a few hours. We aren't some big tech firm with a PR department. We’re just a bunch of guys who are good with hardware. We’ve seen the technology change from those old bulky monitors to the thin ones everyone has now. We still have some old parts in the back just in case someone brings in an ancient machine. It gets a bit dusty with all the fans running in the computers. We don't have a website that works well, so people mostly just find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. We just focus on getting the machines back to the owners in working condition without charging too much. It’s a simple setup, and we usually have a pot of tea going in the afternoon.
