Sapthagiri College Of Engineering

Sapthagiri College of Engineering is situated at No. 14/5 in Chikkasandra, right on Hesserghatta Road. If you know the area, you know it’s a fairly active part of the outskirts where there’s always something going on. The college isn't hard to find if you’re traveling down the main road. It’s a place that feels very much like the local neighborhood. We have various blocks for different engineering subjects, and the buildings have that lived-in feel of an established institution. Students are always rushing around to make it to their morning classes or heading down to the labs. It’s not some ultra-modern glass tower; it’s a series of practical buildings where the focus is on the teaching. We have a lot of people from around Bangalore coming here. The labs are stocked with the usual gear, and while it might not be brand new every week, everything is kept in working order. During the lunch break, the place gets quite loud with everyone heading to the local stalls or the canteen. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing here. It’s more about the daily interaction between the students and the teachers. You’ll find the staff mostly busy with lectures or sorting out exam papers. It’s just a standard, hardworking engineering college trying to do right by the students who enroll here. There’s always someone drinking tea by the gate or arguing about a lab result, which is just life here. We keep at it every day.
