Santhosh Enterprises is located in the Sarakki Industrial Area, specifically 3rd Phase in J.P. Nagar. You can find us at No. 45/A-1 on the 1st Main Road. It’s a busy industrial zone, so there are always trucks backing in and out. The air smells like oil and metal most of the time. Our building is a simple concrete structure that gets pretty hot in the afternoons. We have a lot of tools hanging on the walls and heavy machinery bolted to the floor. It’s the kind of place where you have to watch where you step or you'll trip on something. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those modern office perks. We have a couple of plastic chairs for guests and a calendar from three years ago still hanging on the wall. The guys wear work shirts that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time measuring things and making sure the cuts are right. If something breaks, we usually fix it ourselves instead of calling someone. It’s a practical way of living. Lunch is usually eaten together on the workbench while we talk about the news or local gossip. We’ve seen the area change from empty plots to this crowded hub. Even with the changes, we just keep doing what we’ve always done. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps the families fed and the business moving along. We just do the work.
