The business is situated at 50/1 Malleshwaram Main Road. If you know Malleshwaram, you know how the main road is. It’s always packed with people, cars, and the smell of various foods from the nearby vendors. We are right in the middle of all that action. Our space is tucked into the building, and it has a very old-school feel to it. We don't use much technology beyond what is absolutely necessary. Sanneerappa is the name we go by, and it’s been that way for a long time. The floors are stone, and they stay cool even when it’s hot outside. We have a few old cupboards filled with ledgers and files because we still like to keep things on paper when we can. It feels more real that way. The noise from the main road is constant, like a background hum that you eventually stop noticing. We get a lot of people just dropping in because they were passing by and saw the sign. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media page. We just open the doors in the morning and see who comes in. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take our only real breaks. It’s a simple life, and the work is straightforward. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We just provide what’s needed for the people who come to Malleshwaram.
