Sanju Paying Guest

I am Sanju and I look after this paying guest accommodation at 14 New Thippasandra. We are located on the first floor of the building. It is a fairly simple place, nothing too decorated or fancy. I started this because I noticed how many people move to the city and struggle to find a decent place to live that doesn't cost too much money. We have a few rooms and we try to keep the atmosphere friendly for everyone who stays here. Most of the people living with us work in the nearby offices or are looking for their first jobs. New Thippasandra is a nice area because everything you might need is just a short walk away, which is helpful for our residents. I am usually around the place if something needs a quick fix or if someone has a question about the room. It is just me and a couple of helpers who keep the floors clean and the kitchen running. We do not do any big advertising or anything like that. Most folks just find us by walking past the building or hearing about a vacancy from a friend. We provide the basics like a bed, a place for your clothes, and some peace and quiet after a long day of work. It is a big responsibility to look after everyone, but we manage just fine. The stairs are a bit narrow, but it is a solid place. We just keep things simple and honest for everyone.
