Sanjal Provision Store

Sanjal Provision Store is located at 125 in the Munireddy Layout of Konanakunte, near Udgir. It is a typical neighborhood shop where we sell everything from rice and lentils to small household items like light bulbs and plastic buckets. The store is packed from floor to ceiling, and I’ll admit it can be hard to navigate if you aren’t used to it. I know exactly where everything is, though, even if it looks like a bit of a mess to a stranger. We serve the people who live in the surrounding houses, so we know most of our customers by their first names. It’s a local spot where people stop to chat while they wait for their groceries to be weighed. The counter is made of heavy wood and has been worn smooth over the years. We don't have a computerized system; we just write things down in a big notebook. It works well enough for us. Sometimes the neighborhood kids come in for a single piece of candy, and we don't mind. The store stays open late because there’s always someone who realizes they ran out of salt or milk at the last minute. It's a humble business, but it keeps us connected to the community here. We take pride in just being a reliable place for the basics, without any unnecessary fuss or complicated rules.
