Sangeetha

Working at The Forum in Koramangala means things are always moving fast for us at Sangeetha. We are right on Hosur Road which is always jammed with traffic. The shop stays busy from the moment the mall doors open until they shut at night. It is a lot of standing around and talking to people who want to see the new mobile phones. Our space isn't huge, so when we get a new shipment of boxes, it feels like we are tripping over everything for a few hours. The mall management is strict about how the front of the shop looks, but behind the counter, it’s a bit more of a mess with chargers and paperwork everywhere. We don't really do the whole corporate talk. We are just a group of people who know a lot about phones and try to help the customers find what they need. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the mall music playing the same five songs over and over. On weekends, it’s a total madhouse and we barely have time to eat our lunch. We usually just grab something quick and head back to the floor. It’s a good spot to work because you meet all kinds of people, from students to families. We have been here for a while and we know the mall like the back of our hand. It is just a regular job at a busy place on Hosur Road.
