You can find Sanford Rose Associates over at 29/4 in the Kodandaraman Layout. We are right on Annaswamy Mudliar Road in Bangalore, which is a pretty central spot if you know your way around. The area is quite busy with all the shops and people moving about. Our office is a place where we spend a lot of time looking for the right people for different jobs. It’s a bit of a process, involving lots of interviews and reading through piles of resumes every week. We don't have a fancy reception area with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a functional space with desks, chairs, and some good light coming through the windows. The staff here have a lot of experience, but we’re all pretty down-to-earth. We talk to people from all walks of life, and we try to listen more than we speak. Bangalore is a city that’s always changing, and we see that in the work we do every day. Sometimes the office gets a bit hectic when we have a lot of positions to fill, but we manage to keep our heads down and get through it. We usually order lunch from one of the nearby stalls and eat together when we can. It’s a simple setup, and we’re quite happy with how we do things here on Annaswamy Mudliar Road. There’s no need to make it more complicated than that.
