We are located on Sadar Patrappa Road, right by the Hosakerehalli Main Road. It’s a good spot because there are always people passing by on their way somewhere else. We mostly handle phones and everything that goes along with them. If someone has a cracked screen or their battery isn't holding a charge anymore, they usually bring it to us. The shop isn't very large, just enough room for a counter and a small workspace in the back where we do the actual repairs. We keep a variety of chargers and cases hanging on the walls too. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes with all the small parts and tools lying around, but we try our best to keep track of every screw. Working on Sadar Patrappa Road means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are in a big hurry and others just want to ask a few questions about their devices. We don't use any fancy tech jargon; we just tell people what’s wrong and how long it’ll take to fix it. Sometimes we have to wait a day or two for a part to arrive, but that’s just how it goes. We’ve been here in this part of Hosakerehalli for a while now, so we know the local rhythm. It’s a straightforward business, and we just try to do right by the folks who trust us with their expensive gadgets.
