Samta Steels

Samta Steels is located at Mahveer Regency, specifically in Flat 101. We are in the second block of Thyagraja Nagar. If you are walking around, we are right near the Raj Kumar statue, which is a big landmark for everyone in this part of town. It’s a bit unusual being in a building that looks like an apartment block, but we’ve made it work for our steel business. We use the space to manage all our orders and keep track of where the shipments are going. It’s not a huge place, so it can get a bit crowded with samples and ledgers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working at the old desks we’ve had for years. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than a main market area, which we actually prefer. You can hear the kids playing outside sometimes. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. We know the steel trade pretty well by now. When a customer comes in, we usually sit down and have a long chat about what they need. There is no rush here. We take our time to get things right. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We like the location because it feels more like a community than a business district. It is just where we happen to be.
