It is a noisy area with lots of trucks moving in and out all day long. We deal with big machines, so the industrial setting makes sense for us. The office and the warehouse are basically in the same spot. It’s not a very pretty place, just concrete and metal. We have a small crew that has been together for years. We don't have those long meetings where everyone just talks for the sake of it. Instead, we usually just chat over lunch about what needs doing. Some of the machinery we work with is quite complicated, but we try to explain things simply. We don't like using jargon if we can help it. The estate is a bit dusty, especially in the summer months.
