Our office is in a residential-looking building, which makes it feel quite comfortable for the team. We handle resource management, which involves a lot of organizing and planning. It’s not the kind of work that requires a fancy glass tower. We have a few rooms set up with desks and basic office equipment. The day usually starts with a quick meeting to see what’s on the agenda, and then we just get to it. There’s a lot of typing and talking. We aren’t really into the whole "corporate culture" stuff you see in big tech parks. We are more of a small team that works closely together. The 515 Colony is a nice place to be located; it’s got some trees and isn’t as dusty as the main roads. We’ve got our regular routine, and we stick to it. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just Bangalore life. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we don't spend time making ourselves sound perfect.
