Sai Tarang

Our place is Sai Tarang, located at number 83 in JP Nagar 4th Stage, near the West of Chord Road area. It’s a nice enough spot, sitting right where the neighborhood feels active but not too chaotic. We spend our days managing whatever comes through the door. It’s a bit of a mix of things here. We might be helping a regular customer one minute and then dealing with a delivery the next. The space isn't huge, but we make the most of it. There’s a certain rhythm to the day in JP Nagar. The mornings start slow with people walking their dogs, and by the afternoon, it’s a bit busier with the local traffic. We don't have any big speeches about our values or anything. We just show up, open the shutters, and do the work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s comfortable enough for us. We’ve got some old chairs for when someone needs to wait, and a fan that squeaks a bit when it’s on the high setting. It’s a very local feel here. Most people who come in live within a few blocks, so we end up knowing a lot of their names. It’s just a standard neighborhood business. We do our best to stay helpful without making a big fuss about it. We close up when the sun goes down and do it all again tomorrow.
