Sai Provisions

Sai Provisions is situated at Door No- 87, right on 7th Main and 21st Cross. We are in the N S Parliya area of BTM Layout, 2nd Stage. It’s a very busy neighborhood in Bangalore. We are basically a local provision store where people come to get their daily essentials like rice and soap. The shop is filled with heavy bags of grains, pulses, and all kinds of household items. It’s a bit cramped inside because we try to stock as much as possible for the local families. We know most of our regular customers by their names because they live just a few streets away from us. Every morning we open up quite early to catch the people going to their work. The 21st Cross is always moving with bikes, cars, and delivery people. We don't have a big staff here, just a couple of us helping people find what they need and weighing out the goods on the scale. Sometimes it gets really crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming home from the office. We don't use any fancy software, just a simple notebook and a plastic calculator for the bills. It’s a very traditional way of doing business. We try to keep the shelves stocked and the floor swept, though the dust from the road always finds its way inside. It’s a busy life, but we like being part of the BTM community. We just provide what the neighborhood needs.
