Sagar Caterers & Decorators is based in Kalewadi, right by Rahatnai Phata in Sadashivnagar. If you’re familiar with the area, you know it’s a busy spot. We’ve been working out of here for quite a while, doing both the food and the decorations for various local functions. Our warehouse is usually a bit of a mess, with stacks of chairs, rolls of fabric, and big cooking pots everywhere. It’s not pretty, but it’s how we stay ready for the next job. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We’re just a crew that knows how to cook for a crowd and set up a decent-looking stage. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving stuff around and making sure the tents are secure. Sometimes the weather doesn't play nice, and we have to scramble to keep everything dry, which is always a bit stressful. But we’ve done it enough times now that we don’t panic anymore. We aren’t trying to be the most expensive or the most famous; we just want to do a solid job so people are happy with their party. We just work hard, stay honest, and try to get everything finished on time. That’s about all there is to it for us here in Kalewadi, just keeping at it every day.
