Our office is located at 21E in the Fern Alpha II building, specifically on 21st Main, 3rd Cross in HSR Layout Sector 1. If you know Bangalore, you know HSR is a bit of a maze sometimes, but it’s a good spot to be in for work. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the way the traffic picks up in the evenings. The office space itself is functional. We have some chairs that are a bit squeaky and a big table where we all sit to talk about the projects we are managing. It’s not a very formal environment at all. Most of the time, we are just dressed in jeans and shirts, trying to figure out the best way to help people with their business problems. We take our breaks on the balcony when the weather is nice, which is often enough in this city. There are a lot of other small companies in this building, so you see the same faces in the elevator every day. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the doorbell rings, whoever is closest to the door just gets up and opens it. It’s a very hands-on way of working for all of us. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on the consulting work. It is just a regular group of people doing a regular job every day from Monday to Friday.
