S V S Telecom

Started S V S Telecom here in Banashankari at 753/B a few years back. It’s a small place but we keep ourselves busy with all kinds of mobile work. Most of the time people come in because they dropped their phone and the screen is a mess or they need a quick recharge. The traffic outside on the main road is always loud so we usually have the radio playing inside to drown it out. We handle a lot of different brands but mostly it is just the basic stuff people use every day. My brother helps out in the afternoons when it gets really crowded with people coming back from work. We have glass cases full of chargers and cables that seem to get tangled up no matter how much we try to keep them neat. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are standing inside at once but we make it work. Banashankari is a good area but it gets very dusty so I am constantly wiping down the display units. We don’t do any big advertising or anything like that since most people just know we are here by walking past. Sometimes a customer brings in a very old phone that is hard to find parts for and we have to tell them it might take a few days to get it sorted. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take for the repairs.
