S. V. Foods

S. V. Foods is located at 44/1, on 1st Main and 4th Cross in Sampige Layout. We are over in the Vijaynagar West area. This is the place where we do all our cooking and packaging. It is a small, local operation that has been in this neighborhood for quite a long time. Our kitchen is where we spend the bulk of our time. It stays pretty busy with making different food items and getting them ready for delivery. We do not have a big front counter for customers to walk in and eat. It is more about the production and supply side of things. We send our products to the nearby stores and sometimes directly to people who have known us for years. We use traditional recipes that we have been using since we started. We do not try to make things too modern or complicated. We just focus on getting the flavors right in every batch. The team here is small and we all know each other well. We keep the workspace clean and just follow the usual rules for food handling. Vijaynagar West is a quiet residential area, so we try to keep our work from being too loud or disruptive. We have grown slowly over the years mainly because people like what we make and tell others about it.
