S T S Research is located over in Sahakara Nagar inside the Jay Jalaram Nagar Society. To find us, you have to go behind Sahyog, at number 46 in Gorwa. It is a bit of a quiet spot, which is actually quite nice for the kind of work we do. Most of the time, the office is pretty still because everyone is focused on their screens or reading through documents. We have shelves filled with files and some old reference books that haven't been moved in years. The society is a decent place to be based out of. You don't get as much of that heavy city noise here. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that is usually where the best conversations happen. We are not a giant firm with hundreds of employees and a fancy lobby. It is just a handful of us working through data and trying to make sense of things. Sometimes we spend hours looking for one specific piece of information and it can be a bit tiring. But that is just how research goes. We have our routines and we stick to them. The walk from the main gate of the society to our door is something we could probably do with our eyes shut. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to keep things moving along without too much fuss or ceremony. It is simple but it works for us.
