S Satish

I have been working here at 204 Banaswadi Main Road for quite a few years now. It is right in the Narsipur Layout area. Most days start pretty early because the road gets noisy fast. I usually get in, open the shutters, and start looking at what needs to be done for the day. My name is Satish and I pretty much run everything myself here. It’s not a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a simple place with some chairs and a desk where I handle the business. People around the neighborhood know where I am because I’ve been in this spot for so long. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with stuff inside, but I know where everything is kept. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but I haven't really found the time to get around to that yet. I spend most of my time talking to people who drop by or answering the phone when it rings. It’s just how it goes day to day. Usually, I stay until late evening before heading home. There is a small shop nearby where I get tea in the afternoon. It's a busy street but I like being right here on the main road where I can see what's happening outside. I don’t have any big corporate goals, just keeping things moving and making sure the work is finished on time.
