We’ve been here at number 540 on Kengeri Gaushala Road for a while now. Most people know us because they pass by every day on their way to work or the market. It’s a busy spot. We handle a lot of different things related to phones and home electronics. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone realizes their charger stopped working or their screen is cracked. It’s just how it goes here. We don’t have fancy displays or anything. It’s mostly just shelves full of parts and tools scattered on the workbench. My cousin helps out when things get too busy. We spend a lot of time looking at tiny screws and wires. People come in asking if we can fix things that are ten years old, and we try our best. Kengeri has changed a lot, more traffic now, but the neighborhood still feels the same. We know most of the faces that walk through the door. It’s not just about selling stuff; it’s more about being the place where people come when their tech acts up. We don’t use big words or try to confuse anyone. If something is broken and we can’t fix it, we just say so. It’s simpler that way. We keep the doors open pretty late usually. There is always someone needing a recharge or a new cable at the last minute. It is just a normal shop for regular people.
