S S P Dressed Chicken Supply

We've been at Bapuji Nagar for a while now, specifically over at Bootwala-Chawl No 215. It’s a busy spot most days of the week. Most mornings start way before the sun is even up because that is when the birds arrive. S S P Dressed Chicken Supply is basically just us working through the orders for the day. There is a lot of cleaning to do, keeping the place tidy is a constant job that never seems to end. We deal with all sorts of people, from neighbors just wanting a bit for dinner to bigger accounts that take most of our stock. The floor is usually wet from the ice and the washing. It gets loud sometimes when the trucks are unloading out front. We try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long in the heat. People know where we are, right in the heart of the chawl. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical space where we get the work done. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there’s enough to keep us on our feet until late afternoon. We don’t really have a big office or anything, just the main area where the chicken is prepared and a small desk where we keep the books. It’s been this way for a long time now. The neighborhood has changed a bit but our spot at number 215 stays pretty much the same. We just focus on getting the supply ready and making sure the crates are loaded right.
