S R V Computers is located on the first floor of the PS Complex, right in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. To find us, you have to head down Kailash Colony Lane which is part of Scheme 1, off the 132 Feet Ring Road Satellite area. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks and workers moving about throughout the day. My shop is usually filled with old monitors, tangled cables, and various computer parts waiting to be fixed or sorted. I started this business because I’ve always liked taking things apart and seeing how they work. Most people come to me when their laptops are acting up or they need a specific part for their office setup. It’s not the neatest office in the world; there are stacks of motherboards on the shelves and tools all over my workbench. I work mostly by myself, though sometimes a cousin helps out when we get a big order. The building itself is a bit worn out, and the stairs can be steep if you’re carrying a heavy tower. I don't use any big marketing tricks or fancy signs. People just know me as the guy who can get their machine running again. Sometimes I’m here late into the night trying to figure out a software problem that’s being stubborn. The tea guy downstairs brings me a cup every afternoon, which keeps me going. It’s a practical business in a practical neighborhood. We just focus on fixing what's broken and helping people out.
