S R S Rice Supply

S R S Rice Supply is located at 27/44 Jaganat Bhatankan Marg in Nandini Layout. I spend my days surrounded by big sacks of rice. It’s a heavy job, lifting those bags and weighing out orders for the people who live around here. Nandini Layout is a nice residential area, so we get a lot of families coming in. The shop on Jaganat Bhatankan Marg is where we keep all the different varieties. Some people like the long grain, others want something for daily meals. We don't have a fancy showroom, just stacks of burlap and plastic bags. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the grain, but that’s normal for a rice supply place. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so I know most of the customers by name. We don't do big advertisements. Word of mouth usually brings people to 27/44. It’s a basic business. We get the rice in, we store it, and we sell it. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow parts of Nandini Layout, but we manage somehow. My hands are usually dry from handling the grain all day. If you need rice for your kitchen, we are right here on the Marg. It’s honest work and it keeps the community fed. I’m usually here from early morning until the sun goes down, just doing my part for the neighborhood.
