S M Telephone

We have been running S M Telephone here in Doorvani Nagar for quite some time now. Our shop is located right on K R Puram Main Road, near the 141 mark. It is a busy area with a lot of traffic passing by every day, and we see all kinds of people coming in. Mostly, we handle basic things like phone repairs, battery issues, or when someone cracks their screen. It is a small place, nothing too fancy, just some counters and tools for work. We open up early in the morning because that is when people are heading to work and might need a quick recharge or a cable. The dust from the main road gets in sometimes, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass. People around K R Puram know us as the spot to get things sorted without a lot of fuss. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the technical side of things. Sometimes parts take a day or two to arrive, and we tell people that straight. It is better to be honest than to make promises we can't keep. We have seen many types of phones come and go over the years, from the old button ones to the new big touchscreens. Each one has its own set of problems. We just sit here, do the work, and try to help the neighborhood stay connected. It is a simple life.
