We are located on the Uttarahalli Main Road at number 14/01. It’s a busy area in Uttarahalli and we’ve been here for quite some time. Our main focus is on satellite connections and fixing TV issues for people in the neighborhood. The shop itself is quite small and mostly filled with cables, dishes, and various tools. Most of our work happens out of the office, as we spend a lot of time going to people's houses to set things up or fix a bad signal. The traffic on the main road can be pretty loud, but inside the shop, it’s usually just the sound of the radio or the phone ringing. My brother and I run the place together. We don't have a big staff or a corporate structure. We just handle the calls as they come in and head out with our ladders and toolkits. It’s a straightforward business. We know most of the people on this street and they often drop by just to say hello or ask a quick question. We don't do any big advertising. People just see our sign on the road and come in. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work on the roofs, especially during the monsoon, but we do what we can. It’s a steady way to make a living and we like being part of the Uttarahalli community. We have a small table for our lunch and a calendar on the wall to track the jobs.
