Our place is at 35 Yeshwantpur City Mall, on the Link Road in Ghatkopar West. We are right behind the IBM building, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. We deal with home comfort things, just regular items people need for their houses. The area around the mall is always moving, especially on weekends. It gets quite hectic with all the shoppers, but we’ve grown used to it. The shop isn't massive, but we’ve packed it with enough stuff so people have choices. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who know the inventory. If someone asks for a specific thing, we usually know right where it’s tucked away. It’s a practical business. We open up, tidy the shelves, and wait for folks to drop in. Being near the mall means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are just looking, others know exactly what they want. We don’t use any slick sales talk or anything like that. We just show what we have and let the items speak for themselves. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. The Link Road can get backed up with cars, so we usually tell people to come by earlier in the afternoon if they want a quieter visit. It’s just a normal day-to-day for us here, keeping the shelves stocked.
