S George

I have been staying and working at 1873 Jayanagar East for quite a while now. It’s on South End C Road. If you know Jayanagar 9th Block you are pretty close to where I am. It’s a nice area of Bangalore with lots of trees still left. I like the morning air here before the cars start up. S George is the name on the papers but most people just know me. I handle a lot of different things throughout the week. The building is a bit older so it needs some looking after. I’m often seen with a toolkit or talking to the guys who do the repairs. It’s a standard residential and commercial mix around this part of South End. The 9th block is just a short walk away if you need any shopping done. I’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change over the decades. It used to be much quieter than it is now. Traffic can be a real headache on the main road during the evenings. I just stay inside and finish my work. It’s a simple routine. I don't use any fancy systems for my records. Just a notebook and a pen usually. People stop by to ask for advice or just to say hello. Sometimes we sit on the steps and talk for a bit. It is a good community here and I know the neighbors well.
