S B Fab Tech

Our shop, S B Fab Tech, is tucked away in the 4th Phase of Peenya Industrial Estate. If you’ve ever been to Peenya, you know it’s a maze of factories and trucks. We are at 835/2. It’s a busy part of town and the traffic can be a nightmare in the mornings. Inside the gates, we handle fabrication work. It’s mostly metal, welding, and cutting things to size. We’ve got the standard tools you’d expect in a fab shop. The guys work hard, and the floor is usually covered in scrap metal by the end of the day. We try to keep it organized, but when you have three big jobs going at once, it gets messy. That’s just the nature of the business. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. Most people just walk right into the workspace. It’s better that way because you can see exactly what we are working on. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The rent goes up and the neighbors change, but the work stays pretty much the same. We take the blueprints, figure out the best way to cut the steel, and get it done. It’s loud, it’s hot, and it’s what we do. No point in making it sound like more than it is. We just do fabrication and try to make sure everything fits together the way it should before it leaves the yard.
