S A R Telecom is tucked into the G1 3 spot on Sardar Patrappa Road. If you know this area, you know how busy and crowded it gets with all the electronics and hardware shops around us. Our shop is small, but we try to keep it organized with all sorts of mobile parts and tools. We are usually surrounded by various components, small screws, and testing equipment. The atmosphere on Sardar Patrappa Road is always energetic, with people constantly moving and shouting, and that energy definitely spills into our shop. We spend our hours mainly focusing on technical repairs and helping people find specific parts they can’t find elsewhere. It’s a lot of hands-on work, and our fingers are often stained with a bit of dirt or adhesive from the day’s tasks. We don't have fancy uniforms or a polished reception desk; it’s just us behind the counter working through a pile of phones that need attention. Customers often stand right there while we check their devices, asking questions about what went wrong. We just give them a straight answer and tell them how long it will take. It’s a bit of a grit-and-grind type of job, but we like being in the heart of the action. Every day brings a different technical challenge, and we just take it one device at a time in our little corner of the market. It is hard work but we are used to it.
