It's a very busy spot because we’re so close to the bus stand. You can hear the buses and the traffic all day long from our office. Being here makes sense though, because people coming into the city for work often get off right there. We spend our time talking to people about their skills and trying to find them a decent job that pays the bills. It’s a lot of looking through resumes and making calls to different companies. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there’s someone sitting in the waiting area. The first floor is convenient for folks who don't want to climb too many stairs. We’ve been in Marathahalli for a while and have seen how much it has changed with all the new buildings and bridges. It’s a loud, fast-moving part of town, and we’re right in the middle of it. We just try to keep things organized and help as many people as we can. It’s not a glamorous job, but it feels good when someone actually gets hired.
