Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd.

Our office is tucked away in Shreenath Nagar 3, over in BTM Layout. Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd. has been operating from this spot for quite some time. It's mostly just a lot of paperwork and people on phones here. We handle the supply side of things, making sure stuff gets where it needs to go. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets that probably need organizing. We spend most of our day talking to distributors and checking on stock levels. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is working at once, but we've gotten used to it. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is usually the highlight for most of us. Living and working in BTM means dealing with the traffic, so we're usually here early to beat the rush. We don't really do much in the way of public tours or anything, it’s just a place of work. People come in, do their shifts, and head home. We’ve had some of the same staff for years, so we all know each other's habits by now. It’s a steady kind of place. Not much changes from week to week, which is actually kind of nice.
