We are located on Infantry Road, which is a pretty central part of the city. Being part of the Karnataka Co Operative Oilseeds Growers Federation Ltd means there is always something going on with the local farmers and the oilseed supply. Our office here isn't anything too special, just desks, a lot of files, and people talking on phones or meeting about crop cycles. Infantry Road is always packed with cars and people heading to different government offices or shops, so there is a constant hum of activity outside. We spend a lot of time looking at reports and coordinating with different districts across the state. It’s a lot of logistical work, honestly. Some of the furniture in the office has seen better days, and the tea guy comes around twice a day to keep us going. We aren't a big flashy corporation; it’s more about the collective effort of the growers we represent. You’ll see plenty of people coming in and out with various forms and documents. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or the printer jams right when we need it, but we get the job done eventually. It’s a government-adjacent kind of atmosphere, where things have their own pace. We've been on this road for a long time, and most people around here know the building. It’s just a regular workplace where we focus on the task at hand without much fuss or fanfare.
